The summer has ended officially this week but it swept through with a lot of personal changes for me. The big ones are that I moved to Denver and that my father passed away on September 1st.

As I am starting to settle into a new city, changes in my art will surely follow. I’ve lived in Latvia, Chicago, Iowa and New Mexico, and have found that location and experience almost always shape what I make, so Colorado should not be different. I’ve already started working on some new things and look forward to posting them here.
